Who are the leaders?

How old is the clan?
- The clan was first formed in January 2008; first called The_consortium. After a restructuring in April 2008, the clan adopted the current name The_Remnantz.
What are the rules?
1) OBEY JAGEX RULES
- In game and forums
2) BE NICE TO CLAN MEMBERS
- No abusive or offensive language, No threats or criticizing. Be careful when Teasing, Not everyone may realize you are 'Just Kidding".
3) BE ACTIVE
- All members must attend events specified by their ranks. If there is an issue with you attending a clan meeting or event, you need to post it on the Clan discussion thread. We want an active group with dedicated members. No participation = NO FUN!
4) NO BEGGING
- No begging for Items from group members. If you need help ask respectfully. No one is required to assist you. If you need money ask if anyone has a job for you.
5) NO POWER PLAYS
- If your not in power…don't act like it. Listen to those who are.
6) STAY INFORMED ON CLAN HAPPENINGS
- Read Threads regularly and bump them so they don't die!
7) BEFRIEND THE REMNANTZ
- Add "The Remnantz" to your Friends List.
8) USE CLAN CHAT
- Be in Clan Chat as often as possible, stop in and say hi at least!
9) NO OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE, SPAMMING,or CORRECTING GRAMMAR
- Don't post nonsense,song lyrics, like random strings of letters,symbols, numbers, picture art, etc. Don't correct spelling or grammar. If you don't understand what someone has said ask them to repeat themselves. We have all age levels and people from around the world playing —- therefore not everyone might know how to spell perfectly in English. Cut them some slack.
10) LISTEN TO CLAN OFFICERS
- You must listen to ranked officers or event hosts at all events and in chat. If you are issued a warning cease your behavior immediately. Do not argue it out.
11) NO MULTIPLE CLANS UNLESS ITS A BA OR PC CLAN.
- Due to conflict of intrest. You may not be in any other clans (unless it is a pc or ba clan) you are required to report the names of the pc or ba clan.
12) NO DISCUSSING RELIGION, POLITICS OR YO MOMMA JOKES IN CHAT.
- As these are topics that inevitably end in fights, they are banned from being discussed feel free to talk about them via private pms.
13) CONSORTING WITH BANNED MEMBERS
- You may associate freely with any banned members you would like but please note: If you are caught telling or bringing any banned member where an event is or where appliquetion is you will be banned.
14) NAME CHANGE POLICY
- Due to the astronomical amount of work w/ tracking in the clan each member is allowed only 2 name changes in the time they are in the clan. Those who change their name more than twice will be removed from clan.
- You are required to register any name change in the wiki forum so that the Administration staff can make appropriate changes to your information. Those who do not register their name with in 1 days of the change will be removed from clan.
Un-Spoken Official Rules
Some other things people do that get them banned in the first week are following:
- Talking about politics, religion or telling yo mama jokes in cc is forbidden.
- Do not use quick chat in cc unless you are muted.
- Do not spam chat with unnecessary nonsense or pictures.
- Do not call the clan leaders noobs or other insulting names.
- Do not call Appliquetion babe, joke with her in a flirting manner or say I love you to her …she isn't your possession nor girlfriend do not treat her like she is.
- If Appliquetion is having a tantrum do not tell her to chill out, calm down or take a chill pill. Just duck and cover and pray she don't notice you.
- If asked a question from Appliquetion or Mmellinger1, for god sake don't lie to them about it. No matter how small the lie, you will be banned.
- Do not take a clan member to Pvp with the intent of taking advantage of them.
- Appliquetion and Mmellinger1 are not your friends just because you are in the clan with them.. do not assume such rights and privileges that comes with being good friends with them.
- Do not question or demand why Appliquetion or Mmellinger1 are not in chat or at events…it is not your place.
- Rank is earned in our clan, you do not ever demand it, or ask incessantly about when you will be ranked up.
- Never tell a non-clan member, even an ex-clan member where to find Appliquetion or Mmellinger1.
- Respect the Stars (ranks in chat) they earned those… do not tell them to shut up or call them names…they can kick you and recommend banning.
- Finally just don't be a dumb ass….

What are the ranks?
- Clan Leader (General, gold star)
- Arch-Angels (Captains, silver star)
- Guardian Angels (Lieutenants, bronze star)
- Cherub Angels (Sergeants, 3 bar)
- Faithful (Corporals, 2 bar, 100pts for promotion)
- Supplicants (Recruits, 1 bar, 25pts for promotion)
- Purgatory (Smiley face)
- Friends of Clan (Smiley face)
What rank will I start out in?
- Upon request to join you will be waiting In Purgatory. You must must have aquired 25 clan activity points. Upon the successful completion of that requirements you will be given supplicant rank. You will not be recognized as a full member of the clan till you have achieved Supplicant status. You must acquire six activity points to continue your standing In Purgatory each month. If you do not attend the minimum number of events you will be swept from clan. If there are extenuating circumstances, please notify the clan leader for assistance. Clan Chat Rank is Smiley Face
How is rank awarded?
- The remnantz is ran on a point and merit system. Primarily points are used for promotions. Each rank has a set of points needed for promotion and you will be required to acquire a set number of points each month to stay listed as an active member.
Can I request a higher rank due to my skill total and combat lvl?
- No, rank is earned through activeness in the clan not the amount of time you invested in building up your character.
What happens if I don't make my point requirements?
- Failure to do so will result in demotion or removal from clan depending on current rank at the time.
How do I get points to stay active?
- We offer a wide variety of methods to get activity points: attend events, post on discussion thread, bump the recruitment thread, win an award, recruit, join a committee and participate in skill challenges.

How often are events?
- Every day we host at least 2 events. We rotate through the skill list so eventually we work on them all.
What time are events held at?
- Event times vary, you will need to consult the clan calendar. Official clan time zone is Eastern US. (CST -1 hr)(PST - 3 hrs)(GMT -5)
Do I have to attend every event?
- No, you just need to attend enough events to satisfy your clan point quota.
Where is the event calendar?
- located under the calendar tab above.
What are skill challenges?
- Each week a skill is featured and you can sign up to train in that skill. You receive pts for amount of xp you up that skill in.
How often do we war other clans?
- We do not. We are a non-warring clan… that means no clan challenging other clans to the death.
Do we have a home world?
- Yes we do have a home world it is 104. You are not required to be on it at all times but will be expected to attend events on that world.
