The Recruitment Drive is a challenge for each house once a month. Your task as a house is to recruit the set amount of people specified (this changes each month), in the amount of days given (this will also change each month).

Target for November - 2 recruits in 3 days

Ariel - Purple
Ramiel - Gold
Uriel - Blue
Zadkiel - Black

Recruiting Tips

• Take a house-mate, it is always easier to get recruits in groups
• Be polite, don't abuse recruits before they even join
• Ease into the recruiting, don't just shout "JOIN MY CLAN"
• Try skilling where other people do (like at fishing spots) and get to know people before you recruit them
• Don't recruit idiots, they wont last…
• Do not have multiple people all telling one possible recruit what to do, it's confusing.

Recruitment Drives will be a challenge for your house to recruit a set number of people in a set amount of days.

What do I gain from the Recruitment Drive?

Well with each person that you recruit that lasts a month in the clan you will gain a point.
You will help your House in the house points.
Also there will be special clan achievement banners for your profile available.

What is the point in a Recruitment Drive?

Recruitment Drives will hopefully inspire people to get together with other members of their house and go out and help the clan to grow. Each houses Recruitment Drive will be at a different time in the month to stop there being big influxes of members at one time and to keep order in the clan.

When will the Recruitment Drives be?

It will be decided at the beginning of each month when each house will do their Recruiting.
