CLAN STRUCTURE, MEMBERS & POINTS

Our family is divided up into four houses under two clan leaders. The four houses are lead by officers who are appointed to mentor the members of their House. Officers are appointed by the Clan's Leader.

Leaders

LEADERS

There are two who are considered leaders in the clan, The "Clan Leader", "Co-Leader" , they oversee general welfare of clan and split the administrative duties. Clan Chat is General

The Clan Leaders Duties are as follows:

• Creates and interprets Laws of the Clan
• Moderates Clan Chat and kick if incident is warranted.
• Settles disputes and listens to member grievances.
• Ban Members/issues warnings
• Appoints Officers
• Plans, organizes, and updates event calendar
• Tracks the Activeness of All Members
• Maintains the Clan Wiki and Clan Forums.
• Recruits new members and harasses the old.
• Maintains back up records of clan business
• Provides support and guidance to everyone in the clan
• Updates Recruitment and Discussion Threads
• Writes guides to events if needed.
• Promotion of Clan in game
• Promotion of Clan on Forum
• Diplomacy with other clans

The Co-Leader's duties are as follows:

• Moderates Clan Chat and kick if incident is warranted.
• Settles disputes and listens to member grievances.
• Ban Members/issues warnings
• Recruits new members and harasses the old.
• Maintains back up records of clan business
• Updates Recruitment and Discussion Threads
• Processes New Member Applications
• Assigns Mentors to New Members
• Posts Daily News and Backs up website.
• Promotion of Clan in game
• Promotion of Clan on Forum
• Diplomacy with other clans
• Provides support and guidance to everyone in the clan.
• Official Clan Filter
• Shield to Appliquetion

Angel Ranks (Officers)

ANGEL RANKS

There are three officers ranks, Arch Angels, Guardian Angels, and Cherub Angels. All Angels ranks are responsible for the following along with their individual job duties:

• Must attend all meetings as required
• Moderates Clan Chat and kick if incident is warranted.
• Documents any actions taken by posting on the Triamdin Forum.
• Reporting incidents to Clan Leader
• Monitors all forum threads; Bumping as needed.
• Recruitment of new members to the clan
• Assists with roll taking at clan events
• Writes guides to events if needed.
• Provides support and guidance to everyone in the clan by assisting all members in understanding the clan procedures, rules and policies by answering any questions that they may have and checking in with them regularly during their first month with us.

Arch Angels

(1 per house - CC Rank: Silver Star - 20 points a month)

• Leader of a House
• Mentors members of their House
• Responsible for their assigned duty.
• Clan Chat is Captain

Guardian Angels

(1 per house - CC Rank: Bronze Star - 15 points a month for Active)

• Co-Leader of a House
• Assists with Mentoring
• Responsible for their assigned duty.
• Clan Chat is Lieutenant.

Cherub Angels

(2 per house - CC Rank: 3 Stripes - 10 points a month for Active)

• Assists Leaders of House
• Responsible for assigned duty.
• Clan Chat is Sergeant.

FAITHFUL

Faithful (CC Rank: 2 Stripes - 4 points a month for Active)

Faithful are the highest rank that non-officers can achieve. You must acquire 4 clan activity points monthly to maintain current standing, or you will be dropped back to Supplicant status with a point balance of 25. This is a non-officer ranking. Clan Chat Rank is Corporal

SUPPLICANT

Supplicant (CC Rank: 1 Stripes - 5 points a month for Active - 100pts for promotion)

Supplicants are fully recognized members of the family. Supplicants must acquire 100 clan activity points to advance to Faithful status. You must attend 5 events monthly to maintain current standing, or you will be dropped back to Purgatory with a point balance of 0. This is a non-officer ranking. Clan Chat Rank is Recruit

PURGATORY

Purgatory (CC Rank: Smiley - 6 points a month for Active - 25 pts for promotion)

Upon request to join you will be waiting In Purgatory. You must must acquire 25 clan activity points. Upon the successful completion of that requirement you will be given supplicant rank. You will not be recognized as a full member of the clan till you have achieved Supplicant status. You must acquire 6 clan activity points a month to continue your standing In Purgatory each month. If you do not acquire the minimum number of points each month you will be swept as inactive. If there are extenuating circumstances, please notify the clan leader for assistance.
